Hi Sunseeker,
I am moving to Placencia end of summer with my five dogs and I too was wondering if there is a dog groomer in the area and a dog sitting service when I have to travel.
I hope you choose Placencia to set up your business -- you can start with my five dogs who get groomed every 2 weeks. 
If anyone else has recommendations for grooming and sitting I'd love to hear.
