Cooking In China

GStays

I just moved in a few weeks ago, and my kitchen more or less consists primarily of a rice cooker and a gas stove for a wok and pots. As I get settled in, I have this question - does anyone have any good, quick easy recipes for one who is relatively inexperienced in the ways of Chinese-style cuisine?

Crap! Should have been more specific. I'm living in the northeast right now in Jilin Province, but I'm not at all picky. Right now I just need simple wok/rice cooker recipes to get by on.
