I want to change my name in passport and certificates

I had it to read it 5 times to understand...now I have headache....

Yes. You may find it funny but it is a routine practice in India and Pakistan that your religious guru tells you that your bad luck is because of your name which interferes with heavenly planet movements. All you need to do is to advertise in a national newspaper and you get an ID and Passport in the new name.

Changing name on educational certificates is a nightmare.
