I am going to Indonesia in August I live in Dubai they are saying I need sponser from
Indonesia , I don't know which hotel in Indonesia and which travel agent give sponsorship in Indonesia I have Pakistani passport

You will not get a visa just like that.
Indeed you need a local sponsor, can not confirm if a hotel or any agent can act as sponsor however even you you find one....it will take time before the visa is granted, be prepared.
