Dear Brothers in Islam

I would like to know about the sharia law and procedure for getting married here in Saudi Arabia.
What about a Filipina girl who is non-Muslim and married in Philippine, she is separated from his husband from last two years but not officially Divorce or separation papers. Now she wants to embrace Islam and wants to get marry here in Saudi Arabia. Is it possible for her to marry here with a Muslim man after embracing Islam without getting Divorce from her non-Muslim husband or she must need to get divorce papers from Philippine from his non-Muslim husband.

She cant marry without divorced first from her husband.
They will ask for a document where it states she's not married before. And while she's married, she cant and therefor she needs her divorce papers to marry again. It wont help to convert to the Islam and then marry without divorcing either as the women are not allowed to have more then one partner.
