I think for that you have to get in touch with some compounds where you can practice. Not outside on the roads for sure !!

I did learn cycling when I was a kid.. But I believe it's quite different now

as long as u know how to ride you are good to go...did u ever watch the documentary which was aired on MTV about Saudi Arabia ? it's was called true lives I believe, not too sure....anyways.
