Help to find a good CPA for personal income taxes in Brazil

I would like to know if someone have a good accountant anywhere in Brazil to help with my next years tax return. I am having trouble in deciding what is declared on form 8838 from my Brazilian Imposto de renda Fisica. Thanks for your help!!

Hopefully there are some American CPA's to choose from. Professionalism in Brazil is a crap-shoot.
