does anyone have experience regarding visa stamping in ramadhan? is it delayed by routine? i have submitted my passport for work visa stamping and its been over two weeks now!

Yes, almost everything gets delayed because of two main reasons:

1- The duty hours shrink to 6 hours max.
2- Addictions - coffee and smoke

And yes,... change in sleep routine/pattern as well.
