Hi,

I am an SAP Consultant located in Bengaluru, India earning Rs.84k per month.
I got an offer in Kaula Lumpur @RM 8000 per month including tax.

I am not aware of the Cost of living in malaysia and also Salary standards in KL.

Please suggest me whether the above offered salary is up to the standards or not and also the expenses and the savings I would get If I relocate.

Thanks Regards,
Siva

Its in the usual salary range for the type of skills, but not the maximum.

COL is about 30% higher in Malaysia. There are lots of postings about costs here, if you read through various posts. Education is expensive if you have children. Housing is according to size and standards expected, as well as which area is close to work location.

If you have a spouse who will give up her career, it should be noted that getting work can be extremely difficult in Malaysia. There are only a handful of career areas that are possible, one being IT, others include engineering and teaching. But without work, there could be a significant reduction in household income.

8K is good for SAP if you got 2-3 years experience. Starting salary is normally 3.5k to 4 for freshly cerified.
