As stated it's an old thread from year 2010. Google this "elder care jobs in Israel" or "home care vacancies in Israel".

There are some manpower agencies which hire people, you may have a chance or may not, it's like everything else fifty fifty but as far as I know there are plenty of jobs in Israel in that particular job category for foreigners since Israelites are not so much into work in that job category.
