Divorce

newyawkny

This is a very difficult topic for me however, I need to ask.

I am American who is married to a French citizen thus why I live in France, a country that I have grown to love and adore. However, things with my spouse and I aren't going well after 10 months of marriage. I recently started working for a company and am now worried that if we divorce I could lose my CDS (carte de séjour). Is there a time limit on how long one needs to be married and if the French government can revoke my CDS?

Thanks for your help and serious responses to this extemely difficult topic.
