First of all - try the Employment agencies. But the best way to find a job - through the friends. If you have anyone in Gomel - ask them to help you. Think what areas you would like to work in, check some prosperous enterprices by visiting them and explaining the situation. Your English language and ability to travel free might be a strong advantage.
