I have been in Vietnam for three months now I have married a Vietnamese woman and wish to extend visa is this possible to do in Vung tau

Yes you can extend your Visa in Vung tau at nearly any travel agent.
But, since your married now why not apply for a VEC. Visa exemption certificate for married folk.

Looks like you've joined the conga line of the long haul brigade here. It will be a very interesting journey and your certainly off to a flying start.
