What is an average salary of a PostDoc Scientist in Ghent, and is that sufficient for 2 people to survive in Ghent ?
How much tax one pays on gross PostDoc salary ?

its 2600 EUR, maybe your expenses for two people in average house accommodation food and all cost you up to 1600 Eur. If you want to roam in weekend i don't think you can save money.

If you strict with your expenses and stick to your home in the weekend you can save 1000EUr every month.
