If i havent misunderstand your question, i think you wanna buy something like small gem for accessories DIY, necklace or fashion accessories like gloves/ headband/ hand bag/ shoes....
i suggest you to visit Shum Shui Po, there are many shops and stalls sell things in a very low prices.
Better not go there on Sunday coz most of the shops closed for holiday, Saturday half day working:)
another option is go to Lai Chi Kok, Hong Kong Industrial Centre. You can go there by MTR (Lai Chi Kok station). Please be noticed Monday to Friday wholesale and retail on Saturday.
Things are cheap and tons of choices, but you have to be patient coz it will be crowded.
