should I take or not the maldive job offer

Hello.i am dr.ibrahim from india.an orthopaedic surgeon.got an offer from moh Maldives for the post of consultant orthopaedics grade4 in Lh.Atoll Hospital.
Basic salary 35810 MVR.Daily allowace 425MVR per day. Housing 7000MVR.
Is this a good salary to live and save in Maldives.can any body suggest me is a good offer.should I go for it or not.

what will be the house rent and food expenses in Nifaru,Lh.Atoll.
will that money be sufficient given by MOH,Maldives.
I heard that there will be lonely feeling due to small islands.
can any body tell me the living and working conditions. Is this island nearer to Male.
