Housing for occasional visits

Dear All,

First of all, I find this blog very useful. 'Bravo' to all organizers. I am travelling quite often to Saudi Arabia and I usually stay there one or two weeks. Typically I stay in hotels but it is boring at the end! I was wondering anyone knows a place I can rent occasionally? I wrote to rental offices of some compounds but they are not interested by short stays. All in all, in a year it might represent 2 weeks every quarter. This tends to grow but cannot reach a permanent basis.
Anyone knowing anyone? 

The hotel inside the Al Bustan compound is wonderful! It's in the community which gives you access to all amenities and socializing opportunities
