Transfer - asking me 8000 riyals for release!! What to do?

Hi salamalay kum..

I just wanna ask about my transfer I escape from my last kafeel and now I want to transfer to other kafeel..and my old kafeel willing to transfer me,but they asking me 8000 riyals for realease,my old kafeel said they report me as run away,

i'm worried now and don't know better way to do,I don't know the new law after the last king die..my iqama will expired this Aug.2015..

still I idont have enough money to pay my old kafeel.what easy and not too much money to spend to transfer?

the iqama expired or not?

(but the iqama its hourof already)

8000 is not a large sum of money for the old kafeal...u will find many new kafeals willing to pay more than what the old kafeal is asking for.
