CNN signal delay on K+/VSTV

Yesterday morning the broadcast from CNN was delayed by 2hr 10m and it's been that way ever since. I've e-mail VSTV (twice) and also called 19001592 to try and find out what's happening but have yet to get a reply. Anybody receiving CNN from another service provider, ie; VTV or HTV having the same problem? BBC is ok.

Although I still haven't received a reply from them it's starting to look like "Decision 20" problems again. Remember back in 2013:

Still would like to request any of the members look and see if they are receiving delayed signals from sources other than K+/VSTV.

CNN is a propaganda mouthpiece for the US government. Off course it's going to be delayed in this country. It gives the Vietnamese time to block out any of the lies they spout about communist/socialist countries.
