Perhaps you could ask for the information at a police station or govt office. I am sure they would have the name, address and contact details of the relevant govt department that handles passports.

I just renewed my Egyptian passport in nozha police station..go to your nearby main police station

It's easy, just go to the closest police station. You can renew it there.

I renewed mine last Saturday and I took it immediately after 3 days ,it was faster than my other passport to renew :-).
