HI. My name is Renat planning move to Bergen and would like to ask some questions. I am graphic designer with large international experience from advertising till architectural design. Unfortunately not speak Norwegian language. is it possible find job in print design or sign design shop just with english with perspective to learn Norwegian? or for start maybe get some driving job with category B?

It is all about demand, if your skills are required some where, then language will not be that important

people with special skills can find jobs without speaking the language, almost every one in Norway speaks English.

Norwegian language is mandatory in the cases that have competition, several applicants, and wide candidates to choose between,

then of course the ones who speak Norwegian will be prioritized
