Hello sussie123,

A new topic has been created from your thread on the Belgium forum as you had several queries about money to sustain for your needs and also visa.

For the amount of money you will be needing, i leave that to the members of this forum to help you out.

As for the Family reunification visa, you may read the following thread so as to gather some infos on the subject.

Hello sussie123,

Since you mix several areas of question, I'll try to answer them separately.

For bank account, there is no legal minimum for a European citizen. It would be more for you than the question arises if you came visiting Europe. But since you're married, the question shall lapse. Now to open a bank account to a foreign (UN / ECE off), most Belgian banks have an appropriate service for this (an example with ING https://www.ing.be/fr/expats/Pages/non-resident.aspx)

Concerning the procedure for your visa, go directly at the local city administration of the city where you intend to live. And them they will start with you the procedure as described in that weblink.
