I remember one year at the Dubai 7's when it was the womens final some wag played the song "who let the dogs out"

As far as I know it's not a club. The players are organizing it.

Unfortunately I never got the chance to participate in a game since I only heard about rugby in Riyadh recently. I will definitely contact the organizers as soon as I get done with the things that are keeping me busy right now.
