I use bob for both cell and internet....I get 9gb of internet a month for 8.80 euros and my cell is "bob vierer" so I get texts and calls for 4 cents (per sms/minute).

I was so confused when I first moved here but unless you want to get a contract (for cell phones this is minimum 24 months) I think bob is the cheapest
