It depends on the profession on your visa ? Specify your profession ?

Once your Iqamma is issued & if your profession on Iqamma is suitable to apply for your family you may apply through Istaqdam office , if you have family status from your co ur co HR department will process your family visa

You can even apply online now on Ministry of interior Website, No need to go Isteqdam office. You must have all necessary attestations from Saudi Embassy in your home country, after that you must get attestation on your Certificates from Ministry of Foreign Affairs here in Saudi Arabia. Then you can submit your Visa Application on Ministry Website and upload all documents required.
