Apartment required in Dalanzadgad

Dear all,
I am looking for a self contained 1 bedroom apartment in Dalanzadgad for a colleague who will be arriving on the 1 Sept 2015 and staying for 2 months. The apartment would need to be fully furnished and have good internet available. My colleague will be working at Umnugovi Polytechnic College teaching English.
If anyone has contacts or agents who cover this area could you please advise.
I am currently in UB and will be travelling to Dalanzadgad on Monday 17 Aug to do some further planning for proposed Australian courses at the College. It would be convenient to be able to locate and see an apartment while in the area.

Perhaps not, suggest Facebook Apartments To Rent In Mongolia, Or Mongolia Properties in UB, or simply wait as you are going there soon, and find out in person.
