Welcome to Expat-blog, Marianita89 :)

It would be to your own advantage if you could specify clearly how members could help you. Are your queries pertaining to cost of living, accommodation, lifestyle, job prospects in Italy ?

Consider Piemonte which has arguably the best food & wine (Barolo & Barbaresco) in the country, easy access to skiing and vibrant  cities in Torino, Cuneo, Alba. Easy air access via Torino, Genova, Milano and glorious countryside. Darryl piemontemio.com

I have to agree!  Piemonte has almost everything of the best of italy and what it doesnt have, it has very nearby (one hour to the sea).

Another happy inhabitant of Piemonte here! Everything is neat and tidy, the food is to die for, and the trains run on time!
