Regarding NOC

There is nothing called a 'family visiting visa'.

It is either a visit visa (which is what you have I think), or the family joining visa which is for the wife and children up to 18-years of age.

Yes, you would have tgo exit the country and come back again on your sponsor's employment visa.

An NOC is required only if you were employed in Oman prior.

If you are new and on a visit visa there is no question of any NOC since it is not feasible - who will give you the NOC ?!?

I got a job in muscat.  But the HR told me to submit both NOC & exit page. That's why I am confused. I am here by  my sisters family visa (3 months). Her authority didn't give any NOC since I m on visit.

Hi Joseph01111952,

If you do not have a local prior employer, who then can give you the NOC ?!?

Tell this to the company that has offered you the job.

Their request for an NOC is ridiculous.
