Flu shot?

Post new topic

The question I have is this: For those of you who would get a flu shot wherever you live,or lived, outside of Puerto Rico, is it recommended to get a flu shot in PR?
I am not interested in a larger discussion from those who are totally against any type of immunization.  I have a family member who is still fighting the ravages of polio contracted before polio shots were available.
Have any of you discussed the flu shot  with a doctor?

Bugs don't care where you live and you come in contact with people from all over the world. Besides we are not spring chickens anymore, get the shot!
Then follow it with a couple of shots of rum to kill the rest of the bugs.

Yes it is recommended by Dr.'s in PR to get the Flu Shot. Puerto Rico follows the same Vaccination protocol as the US. You can get one at Walgreens without going to the Dr.

Thanks for the information. I will get the shot (both flu and rum).
