Hiya,

do you happen to see a place sells Indian spices in Tripoli?

Hi Salim ... you can get commonly used spices like turmeric, corriander, cumin, chilli etc. at Suk Mahari or Suk Talath. Other spices are available at some Indian/Pakistani shops at Shara Rashid (Off Omar Mukhtar Street)... you have to turn right after the pet shops and then left at the end of the street. There are 3 small shops adjacent to each other ... you'll see bags of rice, lentils and spices in the shops.

the good place for spice beside souk alhoot you will find many shops for spice ....souk Alhoot it big market for seal Animal in madena you will find the street for spice beside this market.

You can get most of the main spices in Tripoli in any of the supermarkets or in the spice shops in the old city. However, they are often not good quality. If you are coming from India I suggest you bring spices with you (and some for me too :D).
