Looking for private tutors

Good morning, evening where ever you are reading this. I will be trying to engage private tutions for my 3 children class 10,7 and 6.....where should u be looking for a professional tutor each and how much would it cost me , per hour .They are currently in school (France ) but will need to catch up with the Indian curriculum as soon as we land in December 2015.any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hello,

Could anyone inform me on house help in new Delhi.

How much should I be paying

and are there forms to fill regarding wages and income tax.

Should i be paying cash or into an account.

while enaging help do i need to pay a pension fund too. (What percentage )

Do I need a contract to protect myself and the worker

I know I sound a little over the top but nothing like asking and any advise would be great
