can anybody tell me where can i get yellow fever vaccineation in paranagua?

The public health clinics in each city have vaccination centers. You should check with the neighborhood clinic (Unidade Básico da Saúde - UBS) commonly refered to as "posto da saúde". Vaccinations may not be available at all of them, but they'll tell you which clinic you need to go in the city to get them. Many of the vaccinations are free here in Brazil, so you may even get lucky and not have to pay for it.
