Good day.

I would like to know how to go about registering a branch of a Suth African company in Mauritius. The Director of the South African company will register this branch in Mauritius and will also be applying for an occupation permit through meeting the requirements as an investor.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

re hi 6mboyjam,

I suggest you go to the official Mauritian Government websites i've listed.

The article in your first link is from 2012 and the second one, is from a management company(relevant infos though)  :)

Best of luck,
