Exit without returning point of origin- Allowed?

Yes you can go where ever you want,if you have visa for that country

Tnx a lot JAVEDAKB for your immediate response. Sometimes the company hr representative in saudi bring you personally to the airport with your passport and the ticket until you pass the saudi immigration.
I try to talk to the airlines before my flight to change the location of country (u.a.e.) which i have an interview personally but they are not allow it do due to the company relation between them.
What is the best thing to do in that situation?

Well i don't think so that company will care that where are you going,did you discuss this with your HR?

If the company paid for your ticket, you may not be able to change it. But you can buy your own ticket to anywhere you wish and travel there.

Thank you very much again , better to arrange new ticket with my own cost.
