What countries in Asia have certified organic produce that is readily available year-round?

Indonesia might have - no idea.

However, it does have plenty of 100% organic product that never gets certified as anything because there isn't any non organic product in many places.
The villages all use locally produced food, and all is organic because the farmers don't have the cash to use anything inorganic.
Not a drop of fertilizer that didn't come from a cow's bottom, not a single drop of any chemical at all.
