I learnt there is a very high racial discrimination against black's in Estonia. Is that true?

haha, nope sir. There are many Africa guys in tallinn. EStonian is friendly , no racist anymore. it's safe for you. Welcome

I don't think there's overt racism, but Estonians tend to be reserved and not very open to new people until they get to know you. Don't expect an Estonian stranger to ever say hello or ask , "How are you" unless they know you and are genuinely interested in your well-being.

Ignore the sad attempt at humor locphan is attempting. There is a fair degree of racism directed at blacks here and anyone who tells you differently is not only lying, they probably are racist themselves and want to see you beaten up.
