Well, the reason I asked was because I was just going out for a run myself anyway, then turned a corner and saw about a 1000 people just running along a route by the side of the road - so I just joined in! Did about the last 3km! Had everyone applauding and taking pics and all that at the end! I was just laughing the whole way. At the ed I had to jump over this barrier before I was asked for my number or whatever... Hee Hee...!

But I'd like to do it properly, in the future...
