Received Offer Letter with unclear breakdown of salary (Qatar bound)

Hi! Please I need your help guys.

I have received an offer letter from a company in Qatar, they sent me an offer letter stating full salary , yearly ticket , yearly leave , but they didn't include the breakdown of my salary? Is this normal?

- Do I need to ask them for a breakdown of the salary?

- Is an offer letter valid and will not change once I am already in Qatar? What is the next step once I got hired, is it just offer letter? Or Do I need to ask for Employment contract in English and Arabic before I go for flight to Doha?

- Is offer letter and employment contract different? Do companies in Qatar change this?

Please any help will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Be careful with scam acts - some job offers and employment contracts are fake - you must check and clarify the situation preferably by phone (landline not cellphone) directly with the HR responsible before you consider to book your flights ...
