Hi I am Abdul Salam working as HR Manager in kuwait.would like to know work visa process for Venezuela nationals . Employee is based in Uganda . need guidance .

I will rephrase myself. Maybe you should call the Uganda and Venezuela consulates for proper legal advice?

Hi. unfortunately there is no Venezuela embassy in Uganda or kuwait embassy or consulate in Uganda.

Abdul, since you are based Kuwait, logically you should be calling the respective Embassies in Kuwait, not the other countries. Since it is about a Venezuelan national, I would advise you to call Venezuela embassy in Kuwait.
