Gianluca, you need to give more information please.  What EXACTLY do you need help with?  Have you researched universities in Cardiff, or contacted any?

The first thing is, yes, Welsh varieties of English are very different from any accents you find in England.
However, there is no English common to England either, as there are a wide variety of regional accents.
The same applies to Wales, there is a similar selection, dependant on which bit of that country you wander into.
