Enrolling without residency

Post new topic

Geebee1978

Just a quick question. We will be coming to Malta at the end of the year and want to enroll our kids into St Paul's Primary. We are UK citizens and passport holders.

However, I will have to apply for residency through the employment route and finding a job could take a while. Obviously I'm keen to get the kids into school asap and was wondering if it is necessary to be residents for them to attend or will simply being EU citizens be enough?

Thanks for your time.

I don't have kids, but from memory of other discussions on the topic I believe you can still enrol them

Best would be contact the school now and ask what they need.
