Hi im a spouse of a lativian and we have a child who is lativian I am a non eu member we are planning to go to Latvia for a visit and after we would like to live and work in Netherlands I have schengen visa is it possible to apply while im in Netherlands or while im visiting Latvia as im a spouse of a eu and family member of eu ?
