Accomodation for Celta - Hai Ba Trung

Hi,
I'm in the process of a Celta application with Apollo and hope to join the one starting in Hanoi November 23. A bit awkward as I am working in Phnom Pehn until November 20, So I'll basically go straight to HCMC, fly up and arrive the day before the course starts.

The accommodation I can book online is a bit out of my budget as I'm used to under ten bucks. The Celta centre is Pho Hue, Hai Ba Trung district. I just need a basic fan private to sleep in. Are there any hotels within walking distance to this place? Any way to arrange a month deal before I arrive? Thanks for any ideas.

I was asking also because I don't know the specific area, perhaps someone would know the name of a place that's walkable I could check.
