Hello. So did you take that job?
Well I'm from South America too, spending some time in Kenya after a few years in Spain. Have not heard of any latin or brazilian club or area, if you already in Nairobi keep in touch and if you found something, let us know!
As for the neighbourhood my choice was Westlands, where most bars and clubs are located. It was worth it even considering the ridiculous traffic from Westlands to the airport, where I work: twenty minutes late night/early morning but at least one hour drive at any other time.
And a nice one bedroom serviced apartment in this area cost around 800-1100 USD on a monthly contract.
Un saludo

Fogo gauccho is a brazillian restaurant in westlands.

I am a Kenyan American, I still keep intouch and travel to Nairobi alot, I think that salary is descent over there.  The good neighbourhoods I will recommend around Westlands, Parklands, Lavington and Kileleshwa area.  I hope this helps.

Me and my hubby are coming to Nairobi in March, we love latin music did u get any club let me know.
