My colleague 21 yrs old wants to do umrah. Recently her parent's died in a car crash. She is living with her uncle how can she perform umrah?

Is she in Saudi? She can go by herself is she is in Saudi. And if not, contact an umrah tour agents who should be able to help her out.

she must come with Mahram to perform Umrah if that's what you are trying to ask.

Are they residents of Saudi or potential visitors for Umrah. In both cases if you contact an umrah tour operator they will arrange the trip for her !
