Oh it seems difficult to find a store to buy this. I am a Vietnamese and until now I have never seen Kale :D

Chinese Kale looks like this:

American Kale:

Both are very nutritious though I prefer the American Kale :-)

I don't know what it is called in Vietnam but my wife used to buy what you are calling Chinese Kale all the time, and even does now in Honolulu.  You should be able to find it in any of the central markets in Da Nang.  You don't have to know the name, just pick up a bunch and they will tell you how much.

American Kale is botanically identical to Head Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, and Broccoli.  All four are variants of the exact same species (Brassica Oleracea,) just selectively bred to increase certain parts of the plant.  If allowed to open breed for a few generations the other three will revert to Kale.  Personally, I think Kale is overrated.
