Seoul: a good hostel to stay in that's easy to get to from the airport

Hi, i'm Emma from the UK and I'll be moving to Seoul to spend 3 months working/travelling/volunteering/writing and making artwork. I arrive on 24th November this year.
Can anyone please suggest a good starting point for a decent hostel to stay in which is easy to access from the airport.
Are there particular favoured places to stay in Seoul in comparison to others?
