Is there a difference between grade 108 and G 08 in HMC ?

If yes . What are the difference ? like housing allowance , basic etc

Grade 108 means you are provided with the housing allowance and G8 is something new I'm not sure. I think if you are local hired they call it G8 with no transportation allowance only basic if you are you hired overseas then I think only housing allowances provided, not transportation allowance. Please check with the Hmc HR dept.
