employer not responding for visa

Your case is not uncommon really. The employer is not taking your calls simply because they most likely do not have any new updates to give you. The reason could also be that they have not managed to get the Ministry of Manpower’s clearance yet for your position.

Yes, your employer is free to hire whomever they wish, as long as they have a job clearance.

You could always try applying elsewhere and see if the new place has a clearance already for the position you are applying for.

An NOC is not required to apply since you have not been an employee in Oman.

Better to ask your prospective employer if you should wait, or move on. Ask them to give you a ‘yes’, or ‘no’ answer so you know for sure what is the way forward.

I had a job offer from Oman before 4 month ago,I submit my document to Oman before 3 month,but unfortunately still don't receive the visa😑
When I call to them,they said:don't worry no problem,your visa will ready soon..
I don't no know Oman situation ,sometime they said visa for worker,now blocked ,really I'm confused .
Please help me,now what's the Oman situation?
Visa are blocked or not?
What should I do?
