I just want to know ... I have internet sim card but not working... No configuring message fro mobily .... Why???? Tell men what to do...

My sim card is mobily .... I buy this one last week.... I bring again to the shop to register...but now why is not working .... ??? What should I do .... No configuring message from the mobily
